Organizational Profile is a depiction of the staffing pattern within an establishment. It is also known as the “Workforce Analysis” which is a listing of each job title as it appears in applicable collective bargaining agreement, or payroll records ranked from the lowest to the highest paid with in each department or similar organizational unit including departmental or unit supervision. Lines of progression must be shown.
