	Discipline and termination are two sides of the same coin.

	This course studies the nature of discipline, how it should be administered, how it impacts on the employee and the rest of the workforce, pit falls to avoid, and experience tested principles for administering discipline.

	Termination is treated with the respect it requires, demonstrating the care that is needed when terminating an employee, the need for a record of disciplinary actions and accurate, acceptable reasons for terminating an employee etc.

	A successful policy to follow is also offered.
